Skin care products for acne prone and getting rid of redness on your cheeks from acne

Acne is an alarming issue for those, who love to admire themselves by looking at mirror a number of times during the day. Acne is a skin disorder, responsible for formation of blackheads, pimples, cysts and other unpleasant appearances on different parts of the skin. It is generally found to affect individuals belonging to teenage group. It is not a threatening disorder, but may lead to distortion of your skin by leaving scars on it.
While the majority of the time acne is completely harmless, it can be a terrible source of embarrassment and depression for teenagers. People only think that Acne only affects appearance. As one whose son had this condition, I have seen at first hand how distressing it can be. It does nothing for the self esteem of the sufferer. I hope that this is not forgotten.
Acne is most common in adolescent boys , but it can occur in both sexes and at all ages. The tendency to acquire acne is inherited. The condition commonly appears at puberty and can continue for many years. Three out of four teenagers have acne to some extent, probably caused by hormonal changes that activate the sebaceous (oil secreting) skin glands. Other hormonal changes that happen with menstrual periods, pregnancy, use of birth control pills, or stress, also aggravate acne.
